MACHWASCO is mandated to provide water and sewerage services within Machakos Sub County which includes Machakos Central, Kalama, Kola, Mumbuni North, Mutituni/Ngelani, Muvuti/Kiima Kimwe and Mua Wards as regulated by WASREB and the Water Act 2016 with a water coverage of 57%.
