Meter Reading , Water disconnection and reconnection

Water Meter Reading

Our meter readers read the meter at their specific location.
They input the data to our system
Customers are then billed as per these readings.

Disconnection Reminders

SMS for payment of bills.
14 days period to pay the bill
Confirmation of unpaid bill
Effect disconnection as the very last resort
Proof of payment
Effect the re-connection of service.

Reconnection

Full payment of bill
Part payment on agreement to pay balance in installment.
Payment of reconnection fee.
All customers are reconnected within 24. hours after payment
